There is a two hour minimum rental for a chapel ceremony. A three hour minimum is required for Garden ceremonies due to additional set-up, clean-up and deliveries. Rentals must include all time required for set up, guest arrival, the event, photo session, "meet & greet," guest departure and clean up. A 45 minute wedding rehearsal is included in the rental fee. In recognition of our residential surroundings, outdoor events are limited to between 7 am and 9 pm, with clean-up completed by 10 pm. Outdoor receptions cannot begin until after 4pm Mondays through Fridays. Indoor events are limited to between 7 am and 10 pm, with clean-up completed by 11 pm.

Elopement: If you are looking for an elegant intimate space, but for one hour with a small group of loved ones please ask our staff for a rate quote on what we call our Elopement Package. The bridal couple has exclusive use of our historic 1858 Chapel or private flower garden for one hour to say their vows in front of a small group of family or friends. The Elopement style ceremony can be booked for any season, on evenings or weekends.
Special Rate for small meetings: The Sisters’ Parlour or Priest’s Breakfast Room is available at a special rate of $80 per hour during weekday business hours for a meeting or as break out area for Auditorium events. Some audiovisual equipment is available.
