The Chapel, Foyer, Anterooms and Novitiate Garden rent as one unit, collectively referred to as the Interpretive Centre. The Interpretive centre is suitable for outdoor stand-up receptions for up to 200, indoor cocktail-style receptions for 50-60, and small conference events as well as weddings, baptisms, memorials, faith services, concerts and small plays. Please note that as an historic site, there are displays of artifacts and photographs. While some can be moved for special event rentals, many are permanently installed and will remain in place.

The Novitiate Garden can hold an afternoon or early evening garden party or be transformed into a magically tented venue to accommodate smaller sit-down dinners of up to 70, or larger stand-up cocktail parties ranging up to 200. It includes a roofed summer house with benches which can seat up to 50 people.

The Chapel, was deconsecrated by the Roman Catholic faith in 1973 but has been blessed for use as an interfaith, non-denominational facility. As an historic site, it has been restored in appearance to the décor of a Roman Catholic Chapel circa 1921-1930. It seats 125 people (on pews), 150 with extra chairs. It can be used for a variety of events including lectures and presentations, as well as musical or theatrical performances and the more traditional weddings, baptisms, or memorial services.

The Sister’s Parlour is a room of 18’ x 23’ suitable for meetings, AV presentations and as a break out room for small work groups comfortably accommodating 12 around a board table for a lunch meeting or up to 36 in theatre-style seating. In conjunction with the adjacent foyer space, the Parlour accommodates 50 to 60 people for stand-up cocktail style reception. It is commonly used as a waiting area for chapel events.

The Priest’s Breakfast Room is a very intimate period room of 13’ x 16’ suitable as a break out room for small work groups comfortably accommodating 6 around a board table. It is commonly used as a waiting area for chapel events.

• The Auditorium is a theatre-style room with fixed seating on a sloped floor accommodating 200 people and a raised and curtained stage.
• The Academy Green is appropriate for tented larger events which can not be accommodated by the other venues at St. Ann’s. It is a large grassy area located at the front of the building, to the west of the main drive.
